Many people don’t realize that the Calgary Stampede has a number of deal days and money-saving options to help you enjoy the 10-day festival without shelling out a bunch of money.
Here’s a few tips to help you save some money this year:
- Look out for package deals at select stores or on select products such as Ride and Play cards from Safeway or Sobeys.
- Attend a free pancake breakfast: this website has a list of hundreds of free Stampede breakfasts you can attend (over 158 this year!).

- Weadickville on the grounds offers special discounted prices on food and entertainment for the whole family.
