A new report shows that the majority of Canadian homebuyers still need help during the mortgage shopping process. The poll was done by SuperMarket.ca, and shows that 6 in 10 Canadians report needing help with their mortgage, and that only 27% of people felt meeting with a mortgage broker face-to-face was important. While the majority are still seeking the advice of a mortgage professional, the number of people who still think they need help is too high.
