An interesting opinion piece in Real Estate Magazine, brought into light the battle going on between the Competition Bureau and organized real estate in our country. The Competition Bureau is pleading for MLS to be opened up to the public. The Bureau claims: “the overwhelming majority of real estate transactions in Canada are brokered through the MLS system.
