Windowless bedrooms in condo ok…

I read an article yesterday about windowless bedrooms and how they don’t pose a safety threat. “Windowless bedrooms in multi-family buildings don’t pose a safety threat to dwellers or detract from Calgary’s goal of being “socially inclusive,” according to a new city report”. Really?? I’m sorry, but I have an issue with this. Whenever you see pictures of a burning building it’s quite common to see people hanging out of a smashed out window and I ask myself, why do people break the windows?
